One to one sessions offer the opportunity to explore appropriate movement programmes for anyone who has undergone recent surgery or who has a chronic condition. These 'skills' can be used to help you sit at your desk in comfort or to do what you enjoy, whether you are walking your dog on the Downs or playing with your children or grandchildren without pain.
